Internship Candidates Must:

• Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Hold either junior or senior classification or graduate status
• Be willing to work consistently throughout the 3-4 month program (15-20 hours per week)
• Maintain a positive and productive attitude
• Have the ability to remain organized in a fast-paced work environment
• Be flexible and willing to branch out to take on new tasks as they arise
• Have the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

*Our internship opportunities are un-paid and are available for course credit throughout the fall, spring, and summer semesters, though you do not need to receive course credit to participate.

Founded in 1994, Phenix & Phenix has publicized more than 27 best sellers and has implemented successful publicity campaigns for books across every major genre.  The company routinely books thousands of interviews each year, from small town radio and regional newspapers, to The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Cosmopolitan Magazine, NPR and “The Oprah Winfrey Show.”  Interns at Phenix & Phenix will gain experience generating press materials and real world media knowledge from a company that is highly respected in field of publicity.
