As the publisher of record, BookPros publishing department works with authors even after their publicity campaign is complete, as long as the book is still in print.

While each imprint carries with it unique distribution relationships and specialized services, all books published through BookPros receive the following:

• Registration in the author's name with the U.S. Copyright Office
• A unique ISBN, LCCN and EAN bar code
• Registration in R.R. Bowker's Books In Print database
• National distribution to booksellers and libraries (on varying levels, depending on the imprint)
• An official publication date, when the title will be released into the retail marketplace
• Listing with online retailers, such as Amazon.com and BarnesandNoble.com
• Design and production of promotional sell sheets, press releases and detailed author biographies
• Logistics management of all book inventory and shipments
• Promotional launch through BookPros corporate partner, Phenix & Phenix Literary Publicists
• Information on setting up book signings and promotional events to coincide with the publicity campaign
• Submission to book awards upon request
