BookPros is listed as the publisher of record for all titles published through our imprints—Ovation Books, Synergy Books and Bridgeway Books—and manages all financial responsibilities related to payment of royalties to the author. As the publisher of record, BookPros' publishing department works with authors even after their publicity campaign is complete, as long as the book is in print.

While each imprint carries with it unique distribution relationships and specialized services, all books published through BookPros receive:
- Registration in the author's name with the U.S. Copyright Office
- A unique ISBN, LCCN and EAN bar code
- Registration in R.R. Bowker's Books In Print database
- National distribution to booksellers and libraries (on varying levels, depending on the imprint)
- An official publication date, when the title will be released into the retail marketplace
- Listing with online retailers, such as Amazon.com and BarnesandNoble.com
- Design and production of a promotional sell sheet
- Management of book shipments once books arrive in the U.S.
- Book inventory management
- Promotional launch through BookPros' corporate partner, Phenix & Phenix Literary Publicists
- Information on setting up book signings and promotional events to coincide with publicity campaign
- Submission to book awards upon request
