If you would like to publish a manuscript with BookPros, please take a moment to review our submission guidelines. Our team of project consultants will be happy to guide you through the steps of publishing a manuscript should your book qualify for publication.

Process for Submitting a Manuscript

• First, contact BookPros via phone, e-mail or our web site’s submission form.
• Then, BookPros will send you a brochure, and a representative will contact you for further information regarding your manuscript and submission instructions.
• After you send in your manuscript, a senior project consultant will contact you to further discuss your credentials and your goals for publicity and publishing your book. This interview will help prepare the project consultant for presenting your book to the Phenix & Phenix team to discuss its media potential.
  
• After the meeting, a BookPros representative will call you to offer feedback in regards to your book’s marketability. If BookPros decides to take on the manuscript, we will begin discussing specific options for production and publicity of the book. If, for some reason, we decide to pass on the manuscript, we will offer constructive suggestions on how we think the book can be improved.
  

What to Send:

• Five sample chapters. We do not need to see the whole manuscript at this time.
• Author biographical information. This can include place of residence, education or any information that makes you uniquely qualified to write this book.
• A Curriculum Vitae, or professional résumé, if available.
• A short, twenty word book description.
• Any other information that is pertinent to your book. This could include your web site address, endorsements of the book or prior media exposure.
• Answers to our questionnaire. This can be found on the last page of the information packet.

We do not accept content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or invasive of another's privacy, hateful or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable. We do not accept books that would be classified in the genres of poetry or pornography. BookPros does not accept submissions from authors under the age of eighteen.

Please note:

If your title is not selected for a publication, BookPros will destroy your manuscript and all related materials. If you would like for us to return these items to you, we would be happy to do so at your expense.
