This letter constitutes a reference for BookPros, Austin, Texas

In June 2004, while in Austin, I was introduced to BookPros by Brian Devany, Vice President, Print Division. This was during the early stages of production of my book, Nurture the Heart, Feed the World. On June 22, I decided to have BookPros publish the book.

Since then, my communication with BookPros has been mainly by e-mail and phone. BookPros is always quite prompt in response to my e-mails. More importantly, the information provided to me regarding prices of printing, which are quite reasonable, and shipment of the book has been precise and accurate. I have now seen the first production copy of the book and am extremely pleased with the quality of the end product as well as with the promptness of the production.
