Re: Beneath Wings of an Angel

In reference to my experience with the print division of Phenix & Phenix Literary Publicist, I will have to say that I was extremely pleased with the courtesy and professionalism with which Brian Devany handled the print process of my book. He stayed on top of the situation, making sure each department handled my book expediently as we were on a tight schedule. He was always mindful of me and treated me with the utmost concern and consideration, keeping me informed at all times. Had it not been for him, the books would not have been printed in time to make the fall catalog with Biblio, which was important to me.

Brian also brought to my attention the actual page count difference from our original estimate as to the total page count of the book, therefore allowing us to correct the retail price on the book. I was grateful for his input and suggestions, and was able to change the previous cost to a fair and profitable retail price before the book actually went to print.

Upon receiving a copy of my book, I was extremely pleased as to the design and quality of the book. Thanks to Brian, my experience with the print division and this particular phase in the completion of my book was terrific. We couldn’t have done it without him.

I feel very fortunate to have had Brian personally handle my book during this phase of its completion and I do thank him for being such a pleasure to work with.
